- Understanding of New Product SRKGate audit, IQUP, DQUP, PQUP,QRQC and QRMS
Key Responsibilities
Carry out Robot programming & optimise paint application for two-wheeler partsCarry out colors establishment for the two-wheeler parts by working on shade, R, DOI, OPparameters
Monitor the pass ratio of painted parts, applied by robotsCarry out preventive & predictive maintenance of RobotsCoordinate in New paints & Stickers development pertaining to new models.Liaise with cross-functional teams to develop knowledge of the product configuration, productfeatures and applications, product functioning, performance parameters and user specifications to
analyse impact of process deviations and process changes
Ensure readiness and availability of manufacturing facilitiesAssist processes in process design verification & validation as per design requirement using Processanalysis, Process sheet and facility planning
Provide support to ensuring Assembly facility readiness considering all field failures and in-housecustomer complaints and close all open points
Monitor processing of Release order, complete DAP, take trials, Install & prove all facility as per theprocess and required Quality
Develop understanding of assembly operations, cycle and throughput time of different manufacturingprocesses
Identify critical and bottleneck workstations and use different work stations appropriately for smoothwork allocation
Provide suggestions and implement changes to reduce throughput time of manufacturing processesKeep abreast of recent trends in the relevant manufacturing process and engineering developmentsand on the latest developments and best practices in manufacturing technology
Support initiatives to improve productivity / cost saving in operations and implement automationprocesses across the shops
Monitor and ensure on-time closure of production related issues
