Quality Assurance Specialist (UI / UX / OutSystems / LEAP)

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist with strong experience across UI / UX testing and low-code platforms (OutSystems and LEAP). This is a long-term freelance engagement supporting a global pharmaceutical company. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working on digital / pharma projects, ensuring high-quality system releases while maintaining compliance with industry standards.

✅ Responsibilities

Perform end-to-end QA activities for web and mobile applications built on OutSystems and / or LEAP platforms .

Conduct UI / UX testing to ensure accuracy, usability, and consistency across applications.

Develop and execute test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports.

Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Developers to clarify requirements and identify defects early.

Ensure alignment with pharmaceutical digital quality & compliance standards (GxP, CSV, data integrity guidelines).

Track defects, perform regression testing, and verify resolutions.

Support UAT planning, execution, and documentation.

Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, automation coverage, and testing frameworks.

⭐ Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in QA testing (manual or automation).

Experience with OutSystems and / or LEAP (or other low-code platforms).

Strong understanding of UI / UX standards, usability testing, and front-end validation .

Demonstrated experience working on pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated industry projects .

Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodology and ticketing tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.).

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global project environment.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Nice-to-Have

Test automation experience (Selenium, Postman, or similar).

Understanding of compliance standards (GxP, CFR Part 11, validation documentation).

UI prototyping exposure (Figma, Adobe XD, or similar).

Engagement Type : Freelance / Long-term contract

Hours : Full-time (40 hrs / week) or part-time depending on availability
