Job descriptionStrong interest in technology & Apple ecosystem Basic understanding of Instagram & content trends Hands-on experience with Shopify (preferred, not mandatory) Good communication & customer-interaction skills Photography & reel-shooting ability is a plus Eager to learn and grow in a tech + retail environment Chance to work closely with Apple products & tech creators Opportunity to grow in tech retail + content space Fun, dynamic café-tech environment (coffee perks included) Someone who is tech-curious, confident, good with people, and excited about blending retail + tech + content creation.
About the Role :
Caffix Tech is looking for a smart, tech-savvy individual who loves Apple products, enjoys creating content, and can manage our Shopify store. You'll be the face of our tech space — helping customers, showcasing products, and supporting our online presence.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with Apple products & tech accessories
- Provide a great in-store experience, recommend products, and solve queries
- Shoot and create basic product content (reels / photos)
- Publish and manage listings on Shopify
- Help plan and execute tech-related content for social media
- Support orders, returns, and service coordination
- Keep product displays updated & maintain product knowledge
