Job description

Job Title : SFMC

Exp : 3 + Years

Location : Chennai / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune / Nagpur.

Notice Period : 15 Days(Only Immediate Joiners)

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and execute email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to engage with customers and prospects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create targeted email campaigns that align with business objectives.
  • Develop automated email journeys using SFMC's Journey Builder tool to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, etc. to optimize future campaigns.
  • Create responsive HTML emails using CSS / CSS3, HTML5, AMPScript for various devices and browsers.

Job Requirements :

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, Email Campaign Management.
  • Proficiency in creating complex email workflows using Journey Builder tool.
  • Excellent written communication skills for effective email writing.
