Roles & Responsibilities :
- Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions at clients' homes or society gyms.
- Perform initial fitness assessments and set measurable goals.
- Design and implement personalized training programs focusing on mobility, flexibility, balance, and strength.
- Monitor progress and modify exercise plans based on performance and feedback.
- Educate clients on posture, recovery, and injury prevention.
- Collaborate with physiotherapists, nutritionists and doctors for holistic client care.
- Maintain client records and report progress to the coordination team.
- Ensure safety, motivation, and adherence throughout every session.
Eligibility Criteria :
Certified from K11 / ACE / ACSM / ISSA / NSCA or equivalent (mandatory for personal trainers).Bachelor's or Master's in Exercise science.Minimum 2 years of experience in personal training / rehabilitation / functional training (freshers with strong fundamentals may apply).Strong understanding of functional movement, mobility, and special population training.Good communication, empathy, and client-handling skills.Driving license mandatory ; 2-wheeler preferred.
