Position : Stibo MDM Developer
Location : Remote with quarterly visit to Chennai office
Duration : Full Time

Budget : 10-20 LPA (Depending on level of expertise)
Mandatory Skills : Product and Vendor Master Data Management (MDM) Solutions, specifically v8.2, v9.1 for Product MDM and v10.1for Vendor MDM, Customer MDM
Responsibilities :
- Gather and interpret Stibo STEP Trailblazer functional specifications and user requirements for both Product and Vendor Master Data Management (MDM) Solutions, specifically v8.2, v9.1 for Product MDM and v10.1 for Vendor MDM, Customer MDM.
- Design, develop (code) on Stibo STEP Workbench, test, debug, and maintain applications.
Provide experienced Ready-to-Serve and development subject matter expertise. Ensure applications and systems possess sufficient controls.
Design and configure business critical deliverables like workflows in STEP workbenchConduct code reviews.Assist in the development and definition of test plans and scripts for performance, regression and user acceptance test plans; support QA activities including unit testing as required. Research defects and solve for root cause in applications.Support stibo upgrade from v9.1 to v10.1 including the addition of patches and new functionality.Configure IIEP / OIEP manage the incoming existing data with multiple downstream systems.Develop and configure Match & Merge component to implement GDSN functionality.Build and maintain templates, rules, style sheets, workflows, data extractions andimports, interfaces, and object models.Analyze applications for compliance with security protocols.Requirements / Qualifications :
Extensive hands-on experience in Stibo STEP platform from a design and development perspective.Minimum of 3+ years as hands-on experience with Stibo configuration and development.Extensive PIM and or Vendor domain functional knowledge.Hands on Stibo STEB hub configuration, Data modeling, Hierarchy Management, Data load and rules configuration, workflow setup, user access and roles setup, API / service development, publishing, and integration with downstreamStrong ability to research PIM software issues and recommend solutions.Must have experience working in a team environment.Excellent written and communication skillsStrong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skillsInvestigation and diagnostic skillsEnsure a high degree of customer focus in all the defined activities.Work closely with different stakeholders / departments to get the timely resolution of customer issues.Flexibility to Lead the Development Team as well as Support team.Flexibility to work in different time zones (shifts) in 24x7 Support matrix.
