In this role, you’ll work on high-impact problems using advanced machine learning techniques. You’ll also play a key role in shaping the next generation of data scientists by mentoring junior team members and interns.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning roles
• Proven ability to work on end-to-end ML projects—from research to production
• Conduct in-depth machine learning research and stay updated with state-of-the-art advancements
• Read, interpret, and implement research papers, especially in the Generative AI domain
• Mentor and guide junior data scientists and interns in executing real-world projects
• Design and build machine learning and deep learning models to solve complex business challenges
• Work collaboratively across teams to turn data into decisions, and models into products
• Strong foundation in Statistics and Probability
• Advanced proficiency in Python for data science and ML workflows
• Hands-on experience with key libraries like Scikit-learn, Keras, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
• Expertise in core ML algorithms like Linear / Logistic Regression, Decision Trees, Gradient Descent, SVMs, etc.
• Deep familiarity with Transformer architectures and working with Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Experience with frameworks like Langchain or LlamaIndex for building LLM-based applications
• Ability to turn theoretical models into production-ready code with clarity and precision
