A leading technology organization is seeking a Project Manager to join its Cloud Infrastructure Governance team. This department is responsible for driving unified cloud strategy, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining high standards of quality and security across internal platforms. The team plays a central role in managing cloud product portfolios, budgeting, and compliance, while supporting cross-functional success through robust governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Design and implement project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid) across departments.
- Manage a portfolio of strategic initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Establish tracking and reporting systems to provide visibility to stakeholders and leadership.
- Facilitate collaboration across teams to resolve blockers and ensure smooth execution.
Quality & Operational Excellence
Promote a culture of continuous improvement across systems and services.Identify opportunities for process optimization using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.Define and monitor KPIs and quality metrics to assess performance and drive improvements.Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues.Standardize best practices to enhance efficiency and service quality.May lead quality assurance efforts related to product validation and testing.Security & Risk Management
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and enforce security policies and procedures.Lead efforts to identify and mitigate risks across infrastructure, data, and operations.Stay informed on emerging threats and industry best practices to proactively enhance security.Support or lead audits, vulnerability assessments, and incident response planning.Ensure compliance with global data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).Maintain and execute incident response protocols during security events.Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management).Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, operations, process improvement, and quality assurance.Proven success in managing complex, cross-functional projects from start to finish.Hands-on experience in building and refining quality management systems.Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and frameworks.Experience in a consulting environment is a plus.Certifications
