Job descriptionExplain program structures, curriculum highlights, and learning outcomes clearly to students and parents. Stay informed about educational trends, new programs, and institutional policies. Engage with prospective students through regular follow-ups via calls, emails, and meetings. Support students in completing documentation and enrolment formalities efficiently. Maintain a proactive approach to achieving high conversion rates. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly enrolment and revenue goals. Develop and execute strategies to enhance admissions performance. Coordinate with faculty, admissions, and marketing teams to ensure seamless counselling and onboarding. Represent the institution in webinars, seminars, and other outreach events. Maintain accurate records of counselling interactions, enquiries, and conversions. Prepare and present periodic reports on counselling performance and outcomes. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline Experience in academic counselling, telesales, or the education sector is desirable. Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Goal-oriented with persuasive and negotiation skills. Empathetic and student-focused approach.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, empathy, and a target-driven mindset.
