Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India for an Application Specialist. The Application Specialist will be responsible for providing application support, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the optimal performance of diagnostic equipment. Additionally, the role involves offering technical support, working closely with clients to resolve concerns, and facilitating effective communication between technical teams and clients for efficient solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting capabilities
• Experience in Application Support and Technical Support
• Excellent Communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Prior experience in the diagnostic or healthcare industry is a plus
• Willingness to travel within the region as needed
