INTO University Partnerships is hiring a Finance System Administrator for our Bangalore office.
This role supports the continued growth of INTO's business by managing and enhancing our global finance systems. You'll work closely with Finance teams to ensure smooth operations, timely issue resolution, and successful implementation of new features. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Core Data & Systems Services , you'll provide technical support, develop reports, and deliver training to help Finance users maximize system efficiency.
Responsibilities :
- Provide technical and system support to the Finance community.
- Administer and support INTO Finance systems daily, including managing user setups, profiles, and roles, and customizing objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validations.
- Implement system enhancements and roll out new features.
- Design solution activities such as data mapping and object modelling.
- Create and manage complex workflow rules, data validations, and triggers.
- Develop and maintain customized reports and dashboards.
- Train new and existing users on Certinia and related applications.
- Communicate system functionality updates and enhancements to users.
- Provide timely technical support and troubleshoot application issues.
- Log, track, and resolve identified system problems.
- Create and maintain documentation for processes, policies, configurations, and user support.
- Liaise with software suppliers for day-to-day operational requirements.
- Administer user groups and maintain strong relationships with system users across the organization.
- Maintain and update the development request database.
- Specify, test, and coordinate new developments in collaboration with internal users.
- Conduct routine data checks and perform regular system maintenance activities.
- Understand INTO's business operations and the unique needs of different Centres.
- Stay updated on new Certinia features and recommend process improvements.
- Manage release processes for patches and version upgrades in alignment with business needs.
- Handle support incidents and service requests with third-party suppliers.
- Ensure systems comply with data and change management policies and procedures.
- Perform ongoing system monitoring and maintenance to ensure smooth operation.
- Undertake other duties as required, aligned with the needs of the business and the role's scope.
Requirements
Strong understanding of data structures and data modelling.Extensive experience in operational finance processes.Demonstrated ability to implement new processes and drive user adoption through training and support.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.Effective follow-up and problem-solving abilities.Commercial mindset with strong customer service focus.Ability to explain and simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.Experience working with third-party providers such as Varicent.Project management skills.Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Admissions teams.Prior experience in the Education sector.Certinia Support certification.Salesforce Administrator qualification.Skills Required
