Job descriptionBackend Developer / Web Developer who is passionate about the web and loves what they do. You are enthusiastic about web standards, always stay updated on industry developments, and actively seek opportunities to improve your skills. You enjoy showing your work, learning from others, and have strong attention to detail. You value design as much as code and can communicate your ideas effectively, maybe even share insights in blogs or talks. We need someone who takes ownership of their work, proactively identifies areas for improvement, and suggests technical and process enhancements. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using Laravel 10 (PHP 8.1+) Build and manage APIs for web and mobile applications (React + Inertia.js). Integrate and maintain third-party services like Stripe, Cloudinary, and CRM / marketing tools Collaborate with product and frontend teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. Take ownership of assigned projects and propose improvements to backend systems and workflows. Manage and optimize database performance, including writing efficient SQL queries to speed up website response times. Maintain and improve system architecture for high scalability and fault tolerance. Write clean, testable, and well-documented code. Support deployment, CI / CD pipelines, and code reviews. Requirements 3+ years of professional experience in backend web development. Strong proficiency in Laravel (v9 or v10) and PHP 8+ Solid understanding of MySQL , database design, and query optimization. Experience with SQL performance tuning and optimizing complex queries for speed. Experience with RESTful APIs, authentication systems (JWT, Sanctum), and API versioning Familiarity with AWS, VPS setup, or server management (Forge, Ploi, etc.) is a plus. Experience working with React.js or Inertia.js-based ecosystems is a bonus. Knowledge of Stripe API, webhooks, and payment integrations Understanding of security best practices and data protection (GDPR, etc.) Proven ability to take initiative, work independently, and suggest improvements to systems and processes. A true passion for web development, with a desire to continuously learn and share knowledge. Preferred Skills Experience in real estate, proptech, or fintech platforms. Exposure to multitenant systems or microservice architecture Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and Git-based workflows Experience integrating AI or automation tools into backend processes. Python expertise will be considered a strong advantage, especially for data automation, analytics, or AI-driven modules. What We Offer Competitive salary and growth opportunities.
