We, Naman Staffing, are hiring for one of our clients which is a leading Petrochemical company for Executive Assistant role on 2 years fixed term company contract- renewable basis

Job Description :

One of the leading names Petrochemical industries.

Job Requirements

  • Exp-3+ Years experience in handling overall secretarial work
  • This position will be 2 Years fixed Contract (on company payroll) on renewable basis
  • Job location- Surat

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Leader.
  • Manage calendar, meetings, appointments, travel arrangements & payments to vendors related to travel.
  • Prepare format presentations, compile reports, and develop documents / correspondence for reviews & meetings.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Coordinate internal and external communication.
  • Track deadlines, action items, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Maintain records, filing systems, and documentation.
  • Support in organizing departmental reviews, events, and leadership engagements.
  • Upkeep of office and office infrastructure, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Coordinate maintenance activities with concerned departments / vendors as required.
  • Act as a liaison between the Leader and internal / external stakeholders.
