Role : Assistant Vice President – Complaint Root Cause Analysis

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer complaints to identify root causes and systemic issues.
- Translate insights into actionable improvements across products, operations, and channels.
- Ensure compliance with complaint-handling regulations (DISP / FCA aligned).
- Lead and coach a team, driving performance and accountability.
- Communicate complex findings to stakeholders and influence change.
- Strengthen governance, controls, and risk management.
Skills & Experience
Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership.Governance and risk mindset.Knowledge of SQL, Python, Tableau, AI / ML, Agile methods.Experience Range - 3 - 15 Years. (Role is open for Analyst, Asst. Manager & AVP Position)
