Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily interior works : carpentry, painting, flooring, false ceiling, etc.

Interpret interior drawings and ensure accurate execution

Coordinate with designers, vendors, and contractors

Monitor quality, safety, and compliance on site

Track material usage and verify vendor bills

Maintain daily progress reports and snag lists

Escalate site issues with proper documentation

Strong knowledge of interior finishes and execution methods

Ability to read drawings and manage site teams

Good communication and documentation skills

Experience with premium residential or commercial interiors preferred

Own bike mandatory for daily site travel and coordination
