Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Acquisitions Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Property Acquisitions Specialist will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and acquiring commercial property investments. Daily tasks include conducting market research, performing property evaluations, negotiating purchase agreements, and collaborating with internal teams to manage acquisition programs. The role involves frequent communication with stakeholders to assess property potential and ensure smooth acquisition processes.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Acquisitions experience
• Effective Communication and Program Management abilities
• Proficiency in Market Research
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
