About the Role
We're looking for a Brand & Campaign Manager who can blend creativity, strategy, and execution to shape how our brand connects with customers. In our fast-paced startup environment, you'll wear multiple hats , from crafting brand stories to running digital campaigns , all aimed at building strong brand visibility, user engagement, and loyalty. You'll work closely with the leadership, design, and digital teams to bring brand ideas to life across online and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities 1. Brand Development & Storytelling
- Define and evolve the brand voice, positioning, and messaging that reflect our startup's purpose and personality.
- Develop brand identity assets (logos, taglines, visual themes, etc.) and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Create storytelling content for campaigns, social media, pitch decks, and product launches.
- Manage brand reputation and perception across channels.
2. Campaign Planning & Execution
Conceptualize and execute integrated campaigns (digital, social, influencer, content, PR) to boost visibility and engagement.Plan campaign timelines, creative briefs, and measurable goals.Work with external agencies or freelancers when needed to execute creative deliverables.Collaborate with growth and product teams to align campaigns with launch timelines and business objectives.3. Digital Marketing & Performance
Plan and run digital campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) targeting user acquisition and engagement.Track and analyze campaign performance metrics — impressions, CTRs, conversions, and ROI.Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance insights.4. Partnerships, PR & Influencer Marketing
Identify and collaborate with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors relevant to our audience.Work with PR and media outlets to ensure coverage for launches, stories, and thought-leadership features.Explore co-branding and cross-promotion opportunities with aligned startups or communities.5. Community & Event Marketing (Optional)
Support offline brand activation campaigns, pop-up events, and user engagement initiatives.Build partnerships with colleges, communities, and talent networks to amplify brand awareness.What You'll Bring
4–8 years of experience in brand marketing, digital campaigns, or content strategy , preferably in a startup or fast-growing company .Proven ability to launch and scale creative campaigns with measurable results.Strong understanding of digital platforms, consumer trends, and storytelling.Hands-on with social media tools, content planning, and performance analytics.A 'builder' mindset — strategic thinker who's also execution-focused.Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a creative problem-solving approach.Preferred Skills
Experience in growth marketing or digital advertising .Exposure to Adobe Creative Suite / Canva / Figma for creative coordination.Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics , Meta Business Manager , HubSpot , or Notion .Comfortable working in a data-driven, fast-moving, startup culture.Key Success Metrics
