We’re looking for a Performance Marketer who’s ready to take charge of scaling a growing D2C fashion brand. If you live and breathe ads, data, and design and love creating campaigns that look good and perform even better this one’s for you.
What You’ll Do :
- Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google, and other paid channels.
- Drive sales growth and ROAS through structured experimentation and performance tracking.
- Analyse data, audience insights, and creative results to build a scalable acquisition funnel.
- Collaborate with the content and design team to ensure creatives align with campaign objectives.
- Implement effective remarketing and funnel strategies (TOF, MOF, BOF) to improve conversion rates.
- Create and edit content (static ads, simple videos, visuals) to support campaign performance and A / B testing.
Who We’re Looking For :
2–4 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably with D2C or fashion brands.Proven track record of scaling D2C brands and delivering strong ROAS.Good understanding of visual storytelling and ability to design or edit creatives using tools like Canva, Adobe, or CapCut.Deep understanding of ad metrics, attribution, and customer journeys.A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, creative environments.Bonus : Experience working with Shopify, Klaviyo, and UGC-based ad strategies.Job Type :
