Modular Product Implementation Manager

Responsibilities –

❏ Reports to the Installation Manager.

❏ Analyze drawings & clear all projects related doubts with the Designer.

❏ Update site initial condition & feasibility to start work with the coordinator.

❏ Ensure all carpenters / installers are wearing uniforms, and ID cards & follow office timings.

❏ Ensure all materials are available at sites before assigning carpenters to execute the project.

❏ Monitor installation works regularly & update it to the coordinator till completion of execution.

❏ Responsible for Maintenance of attendance at the site and control of absenteeism.

❏ Adherence to System & Process from time to time.

❏ Develop a good rapport with Customers & update work status simultaneously to both coordinator & Customers.

❏ Ensure that unused materials are returned back to the stores / warehouse after Completion of the Project & update the report to Coordinator & Warehouse in charge.

Skills & Experience-

❏ Should be thorough in all modular products & accessories aspects.

❏ Good communicator, ability to handle multi-functional activity & pressure in the execution process.

❏ Ability to create good rapport with internal & external customers.

❏ Forecasting the market trend & align with the business accordingly to keep up the market needs.
