The role involves managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to order execution and ensuring smooth coordination across all stages of business development and client Develop and expand the customer base within the assigned region (Eastern India).
- Generate new business leads and convert them into successful sales orders.
- Manage end-to-end sales activities including technical discussions, proposal submission, negotiations, and order finalization.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key decision-makers in the Steel industry.
- Coordinate internally with technical, commercial, and service teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the companys growth in the Candidate Profile :
- MBA in Sales / Marketing will be an added advantage.
- 10-14 years of proven experience in Industrial Product Sales, preferably dealing with high-value capital equipment & spares.
- Strong customer network and experience in catering to major steel plants and allied industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Eastern India.
