Semarchy Developer Lead (MDM)

Position : Semarchy Lead

Location : Remote with quarterly visit to Chennai office

Duration : Full Time

Shift timings : 5 : 30 pm - 2 : 30 am IST

Budget : 20-48 LPA (Depending on level of expertise)

Responsibilities

Ability to Identify and analyze business requirements, functional design and translate requirements to technical specifications, MDM workflow configuration Analyze, define and implement data quality rules.

Translate business requirements into technical design

Define business process workflows using MDM tools to enforce data governance

Collaborate with several technical teams and business users for Development, QA and operations support

Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes

Mandatory Experience :

5+ years of experience in Data Modelling, Data Integration, Data Management and Data Validation

2+ years of development experience in Semarchy xDM

3+ years of experience in Data profiling / Data quality

Strong working knowledge in SQL

Experience working with business users in agile an environment.

Hardworking, dedicated and motivating person capable of forming and maintaining positive and productive team environments and with integrative thinking skills.

Ability to work independently but MUST be a proven team player.

Worked in all phases of software development life cycle.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
