Sales & Marketing Manager (Events , theatre and advertisments) Company : PEPUP – Shadowgraphy & Puppetry ShowsLocation : Remote / Mumbai (preferred)Type : Part-time / Commission-based + IncentivesAbout PEPUPPEPUP, founded by international shadow artist & puppeteer Rekha Vyas, brings stories to life through live shows , workshops and advt using the art of puppetry and shadow art. We have performed for 200+ schools, 50+ corporates, and at prestigious festivals like Kala Ghoda & Sikkim International Puppet Festival and created brand advts for 10+top brands like national geogrpahic , Disney, swiggy, Mahindra and moreRole & Responsibilities : Identify and connect with schools, corporates, event companies, NGOs for show bookings.Create and maintain a client database & outreach pipeline .Pitch show packages, workshops, and storytelling events to prospective clients.Coordinate with clients for requirements, scheduling, and promotions.Manage social media campaigns, collaborations, and partnerships .Requirements : Strong communication & networking skills.Sales / marketing experience in events, art, theatre, or education sector preferred.Self-driven, reliable, and target-oriented.Interest in art / culture / storytelling is a big plus.Compensation : Commission-based : 10 per booking for shows and 15% for advertisments.Performance incentives.Potential to grow into a full-time managerial role as the company expands.
