Solution Delivery : Thoroughly understand client staffing requirements and deliver tailored, effective recruitment solutions that align with their needs.
End-to-End Business Development : Manage the entire business development lifecycle, from initial lead generation and qualification through to contract negotiation and successful closure.
Cross-Functional Coordination : Collaborate closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of qualified candidates to clients.
Skills & Experience :
Experience : 3 to 8 years of proven experience in Business Development specifically within the staffing and recruitment industry.
Industry Knowledge : Strong and in-depth understanding of Domestic, C2C, and C2H recruitment models.
Sales Acumen : Demonstrated ability to drive sales, meet targets, and contribute to revenue growth.
Communication & Negotiation : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Relationship Building : Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and trust with clients and vendors.
Results-Oriented : A proactive and results-driven individual with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
