Job Description

This position is for an experienced Developer who will perform Development activities in Adobe platform. The candidate should have strong system analysis skills and a solid background in developing digital content. Day-to-day tasks include requirement and specification analysis, develop digital content, validate & deploy the developed piece of code in appropriate environment as well as status reporting. The Candidate will utilize and help improve our delivery processes. The candidate will also ensure that all the activities performed are properly documented and reflects the best practices. You will contribute to our overall development plans as well as coordinate and perform required activities to ensure that the milestones are defined and delivered as per the defined schedule. This includes overall development strategy and procedures necessary to validate the applications.

Responsibilities

Create, edit, and publish content within the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Leverage AEM functionality such as components, templates, and workflows to streamline content creation and publishing processes.

Work with marketing teams, developers, and other stakeholders to align content creation with overall l strategies.

Perform quality control checks on authored content and remediate issues.

Troubleshoot defects and lead efforts to proactively identify and resolve content issues, maintaining a seamless user experience.

Ability to work collaboratively across a wide range of stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor&aposs degree, with 3-5 years equivalent work experience

Proven experience (at least 2 years) as an AEM Content Author or similar role using Adobe Experience Manager and its authoring tools

Advanced knowledge of AEM best practices such as page property configuration, and version control.

Ability to work collaboratively across a wide range of stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Basic knowledge of UI / UX processes and working experience with creative and design teams

Highly collaborative, self-motivated, results-oriented and a creative thinker.

Resourceful problem-solver who is comfortable with new technologies and concepts.

Strong communications skills both verbal and written creative skills to guide the design.

Superb organizational skills and attention to detail, process oriented.

HTML, CSS, and JavaScript capabilities, a plus

Good understanding of Financial Services products and the industry, a plus.
