Senior Software Engineer

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Backend Engineer with strong expertise in Ruby on Rails to join our tech team in Gurgaon.

In this role, you’ll work on high-impact projects powering our core travel platform, contributing to the architectural vision, and building scalable backend systems that directly influence the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Ruby on Rails.
• Lead and contribute to architecture discussions, code reviews, and design decisions.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and designers to deliver features end-to-end.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code using industry best practices.
• Drive engineering excellence through continuous improvements in performance, reliability, and scalability.
