Job description

Are you an architect with a strong technical foundation and the ambition to work on end-to-end residential group housing projects? We are seeking an Architect to join our team in Gurgaon , who can support design, coordination and execution across large-scale residential developments, and grow into taking full ownership of sub-projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support design development and documentation for group-housing, high-rise residential and large-scale residential projects.
  • Coordinate with structural, MEP, HVAC, and electrical consultants and vendors to ensure design integrity and technical accuracy.
  • Assist in preparing drawings, specifications, detailing and technical drawings for execution.
  • Participate in site visits, liaise with contractors / vendors, track project progress and ensure compliance with drawings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants across all phases of the project : from concept to hand-over.
  • Manage project documentation, revisions, approvals and support project tracking.

Required Skills & Qualification

  • B.Arch is mandatory
  • 0–4 years of experience in architecture, preferably with exposure to group-housing or large residential developments.
  • Strong technical knowledge : good working understanding of architectural detailing, services coordination, construction documentation and execution processes.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and familiar with drawing standards, detailing and project delivery workflows.
  • Ability to coordinate across disciplines (structural, MEP, HVAC, electrical) and communicate clearly with consultants and vendors.
  • Motivated, organized, quality-focused individual who can work under guidance and gradually take higher responsibility.
  • Good communication skills; a portfolio or sample work showing any relevant residential housing exposure will be an advantage.

    Location : Sushant Lok Phase 1, Gurgaon

    Working days : Monday - Saturday (10 : 00 AM - 6 : 30 PM)
