Job description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior ServiceNow FSM Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing and customizing ServiceNow Field Service Management modules. Experience in the telecommunications domain is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow FSM module.
Customize FSM workflows, dispatch rules, work order management, and mobile configurations.
Integrate FSM with other ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, CSM) and third-party systems.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and test plans.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to FSM configurations and customizations.
Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and features, especially in FSM.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

5 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with at least 2 years focused on Field Service Management.

Strong understanding of FSM components : work orders, assignments, dispatching, skills management, and mobile app.

Proficiency in JavaScript, REST / SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, etc.).

Experience with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.

Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or FSM certification is a plus.
