Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, conducting interviews, hiring, and employer branding. They will work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and implement effective sourcing techniques to attract top talent.

Qualifications

Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills

Experience in Hiring and Interviewing

Experience with Candidate's Experience.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and remotely

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
