Job descriptionSupport the development and execution of strategic initiatives under guidance from senior colleagues. Tailor initiatives to the Indian insurance landscape and regulatory environment. Build consensus around the product vision internally and externally. Act as the ambassador for the BMP product area in the context of the Indian market. Guide implementation requirements connecting core systems like OPUS, BMP, and third-party systems. Ensure seamless integration, functionality, and user experience. Communicate project objectives, plan timelines, and allocate resources effectively. Ensure project delivery aligns with business objectives and market demands. Contribute to operational processes following agreed standards and timelines. Support continuous improvement through innovation and excellence in claims management. Manage and prioritize the backlog, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives. Oversee committed epics and their timely execution. Understand requirements in the context of end-to-end processes. Tailor processes to the specific dynamics of the Indian insurance market. Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams where interdependencies exist. Foster a culture of cooperation, teamwork, and shared success.
