Program Manager

The Role

We are seeking a highly driven Program Manager with strong cross-functional and business skills to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our corporate learning solutions. This individual will serve as a bridge between technology, content, sales, and customers—helping us design impactful learning programs that align with corporate L&D needs in the US market.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven record of managing complex programs across diverse teams, while also bringing business acumen, customer insight, and executional discipline.

Responsibilities

Lead program execution across technology, content production, and third-party platform providers.

Translate strategic priorities into clear program roadmaps and deliverables.

Align stakeholders on goals, timelines, and success metrics.

Partner with the content production team to communicate priorities and define which content should be built.

Ensure content development aligns with customer needs, market trends, and sales pipeline requirements.

Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within corporate L&D.

Identify and secure pilot customers for new content initiatives.

Provide insights from customer pilots and market research to strengthen product positioning.

Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree

6–8 years of experience in program management, ideally in corporate learning, edtech, or related industries.

Strong background in cross-functional program leadership across technology, content, and sales teams.

Proven ability to launch and grow technology platforms.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Knowledge of the US corporate L&D landscape

Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect learning initiatives to customer and business outcomes.

Ability to work independently in a fast paced, results driven environment.
