API Integration Support Specialist
Company Overview
We are seeking a technically skilled professional to provide comprehensive support for our API integration services. Our company works with existing customers who actively integrate with our APIs and require ongoing technical assistance through our dedicated Slack support channel.
Position Summary
This role involves providing technical support and guidance to customers integrating with our APIs, with a focus on the Coinflow platform (https : / / docs.coinflow.cash / docs / sweepstakes-payout). The ideal candidate will serve as the primary technical point of contact, helping customers troubleshoot integration issues and providing step-by-step guidance for successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support
- Provide real-time technical assistance to customers via Slack channel
- Analyze and debug API integration issues
- Offer clear, actionable solutions and implementation guidance
- Review customer code and provide optimization recommendations
- Create and maintain troubleshooting documentation
Customer Communication
Respond promptly to customer inquiries in the Slack support channelExplain complex technical concepts in accessible termsProvide step-by-step implementation guidanceEscalate complex issues to appropriate team members when necessaryDocumentation & Knowledge Management
Maintain up-to-date integration guides and FAQsDocument common issues and their solutionsContribute to API documentation improvementsCreate video tutorials and walkthroughs as neededPreferred Skills
Experience with payment gateways Integration (e.g., Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal , etc.)
Understanding of cryptocurrency fundamentals (Bitcoin, Ethereum, stablecoins)
Understanding of Payment Methods such as - USDC, Push-to-Card, ACH Transfer, Sepa, Pix, digital wallets (Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay), 3DS Cards
Knowledge of Chargeback protection and fraud prevention strategies
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of API integration concepts and best practicesExperience with RESTful APIs and webhook implementationsProficiency in debugging API calls and response handlingKnowledge of common programming languages (JavaScript, Python, etc.)Understanding of authentication methods (API keys, OAuth, etc.)Experience with payment processing APIs (preferred)Communication Skills
Excellent written communication skillsAbility to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical usersExperience providing customer support in chat / messaging environmentsStrong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilitiesExperience Requirements
2+ years of experience in technical support or API integrationPrevious experience with customer-facing technical rolesFamiliarity with Slack or similar collaboration platformsExperience with financial technology or payment processing (preferred)Work Schedule & Coverage
