About Position :
As the IBM ODM Lead, you will own the end-to-end delivery of IBM ODM solutions, guiding the design, development, and deployment of business rules and decision services. You will act as a technical leader and mentor, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, architects, and developers to align decision automation strategies with organizational goals. Your role will be critical in ensuring best practices, maintaining high quality, and driving continuous improvement in our ODM implementations.

What You'll Do :
Design, develop, and maintain complex business rules and decision services using IBM ODM.Lead the implementation of ODM solutions in both cloud-based and on-premises environments.Collaborate with business analysts, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership on ODM best practices and design patterns.Optimize rule execution performance and ensure scalability of ODM applications.Integrate ODM solutions with various enterprise systems and applications.Implement and maintain CI / CD pipelines for ODM projects.Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in production environments.Stay current with the latest ODM features, updates, and industry trends.Expertise You'll Bring :
Deep IBM ODM Mastery : Extensive hands-on experience with IBM Operational Decision Manager (Rule Designer, Decision Center, Decision Server Rules) and a thorough understanding of its architecture and best practices.Technical Leadership : Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams, guiding developers on rule design, implementation, and deployment while enforcing coding standards and quality assurance.Business Rules and Decision Modeling : Strong expertise in translating complex business requirements into well-structured decision models and automated business rules that drive operational efficiency.Integration and Architecture : Solid experience integrating IBM ODM with enterprise applications, services, and APIs using SOA, REST, and middleware technologies, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.Java Development Skills : Proficiency in Java programming and a deep understanding of how ODM interacts with Java-based systems.Agile Delivery Experience : Skilled in Agile / Scrum methodologies, capable of coordinating cross-functional teams and managing ODM projects in fast-paced environments.Governance and Compliance : Experience establishing governance frameworks for business rules lifecycle management, version control, testing, and documentation.Problem-Solving and Optimization : Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize ODM rules and decision services for high performance and reliability.Communication and Stakeholder Management : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively between technical teams and business stakeholders.Continuous Learning & Innovation : A proactive mindset to stay current with IBM ODM updates, emerging trends in decision automation, and to drive continuous improvement within the team and solutions.Benefits :
