Job descriptionStrong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and banking practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications. Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Experience working in a similar role within the BFSI industry is preferred.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Receivable Executive in Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the BFSI industry.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate records of receivables, including invoices, payments, and outstanding balances.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to minimize bad debt and improve cash flow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and disputes.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in receivable management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to receivables.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding promptly to their inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
