Job Description : Web & SysPro Support Developer

Availability : Maximum 15 days

Role Overview :

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Web & SysPro Support Developer to manage small standalone web projects and provide technical support for SysPro-related tasks. This role involves working with a range of technologies including VBScript, FileMaker, and web development tools to implement updates, fix issues, and respond to internal development requests.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain small, standalone web applications to support internal or client-facing operations.

Handle SysPro-related support tasks, including : Updating or writing VBScript scripts

Implementing development fixes as per business needs

Responding to and resolving FileMaker requests and modifications

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver timely solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve bugs or system errors in existing scripts and applications.

Perform basic testing and documentation of updates and fixes.

Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business processes and system requirements.

Required Skills & Experience :

Solid understanding of VBScript and experience maintaining or writing scripts.

Experience with FileMaker (preferred : scripting, layouts, calculations).

Strong knowledge of web technologies : HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one web development language Python.

Familiarity with SysPro ERP system.

Ability to manage multiple small projects independently.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and time management skills.
