Middleware Administrator

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Administer and support middleware platforms, including UDM, HULFT, JBoss, and WebMethods.
• Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and monitoring of middleware systems to ensure high availability.
• Work in both Windows and Linux environments for system administration tasks.
• Follow ITSM processes and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and implement solutions.
• Provide Level 2 support for middleware-related issues and escalate as necessary.
