The Opportunity :

If you enjoy evaluating and analysing data, creating solutions, working with a variety of people and

have a good grasp of information technology, this role could be perfect for you. As a business analyst

you’ll be helping the organisation to develop its functions, services and products to meet goals with

internal and external stakeholders. You’ll also play a key role in communicating between internal

departments and external parties, acting as a ‘translator’ where necessary to convey how

information technology can support the organisation's needs.

Responsibilities :

Talk to customers to understand their current processes and gather requirements.

Customize the Visdum product to meet the specific needs of the customers.

Determine the data needed from different departments on the customer's side.

Create timelines for implementing the product and keep customers updated.

Set up the product for customers and create sales compensation plans for different roles in

sales according to the customer’s comp plan structures

Help customers with getting started and train their administrators and payees.

Qualifications & Requirements :

Very Strong Mathematics and Analytical Skills.

Very Strong MySQL (perform SQL queries, stored procedures) and Advance Excel skills (Must Have)

Excellent Communication Skills (Written and verbal)

Worked on Jira

Knowledge of CRM systems like Hubspot, Salesforce

Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
