We at LTI Mindtree hiring for Scrum Master with ADO (Azure Devops)

Education : Bachelors / Master's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

Minimum Experience : 8-12 years

Notice Period : Immediate Joiners to 30 days

Location : Mumbai & Pune

Mandatory Skills : Scrum Master, ADO, Azure, Devops

• 8-12 Years of experience as a dedicated and full time scrum master
• Excellent hands on and understanding of SAFe Agile and ADO board
• Facilitate meetings daily scrum sprint planning sprint demo and retrospective
• Hands on experience in developing using ADO dashboard to track key Agile performance health KPIs
• Effective communication
• Action orientation and follow through Facilitation
• Good hands on experience with Agile Estimating and planning techniques
• In depth hands on experience in Sprint Forecasting
• Effective in Removing impediments
• Knowledge of various well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach for example numerous Burndown technologies various Retrospective formats handling bugs etc
• Working in SharePoint Technology preferably SharePoint 2019 Online experience is required
• Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership
• Facilitation situational awareness conflict resolution
• Continual improvement empowerment and increasing transparency
