RFIC Design Lead

Boltchip is a Singapore based Consulting firm building Innovation Capability Centers for our Semiconductor clients in APAC.

Position : RF Design Lead (CMOS)

Location : Hyderabad.

Experience : 7-10 years

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced RF Design Lead with strong expertise in CMOS-based RFIC design . The ideal candidate will have a proven background in Bluetooth and Wi-Fi transceiver design, and experience leading projects from concept through silicon validation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end RF design and integration of Bluetooth and Wi-Fi transceivers on CMOS process nodes.
• Architect and design RF blocks such as LNAs, Mixers, PLLs, PAs, and RF filters.
• Collaborate closely with analog, digital, and layout teams to ensure successful chip tape-out and bring-up.
• Perform simulation, verification, and lab validation of RF circuits.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive technical excellence across the RF design function.
