Job descriptionA background in digital design with 1-3 years of experience. (If you are a fresher and you think you can crack it, You got our attention!!) Experience with design software (preferably Figma and Adobe Suite) Excellent written and verbal English skills Strong time management skills 2D Motion design experience Someone who can work well with AI. B2B SaaS Advertising / Agency experience Insurance Faster salary revision cycles Monthly stipend for upskilling like books, courses, etc. Company laptop (Macbook air) Team dinner reimbursements. SEO Ads (Performance Marketing) Growth mindset : Strive to always get better. We also have the ability to learn fast. The whole team joins together and we have dinner together, play games and sometimes also tell ghost stories(only one guy does, we just somehow bear him. xD) Team off-site : Just check out the pictures from our 1 week off-site : Ooty Off-site photos No corporate BS. Work timings : The entire team works between 11 AM & 6 PM IST. Apart from that, as long as you're meeting deadlines, you can work whenever you'd like. There may be occasional exceptions when clients in the US are involved. You will be asked to set realistic deadlines for your work and deliver it then. You will be trained on marketing strategy and across all the marketing channels to help you collaborate better and work with the team.

About The Role
As a Junior Designer, you’ll primarily work on ad creatives (Meta, LinkedIn, Google), landing pages, and sometimes internal marketing works. This is your chance to learn from experienced designers, refine your skills, and build a solid foundation for growing into a mid-weight digital designer.
If you’re someone who hates delivering mediocre output and thrives in collaborative environments, this could be the perfect role for you!
