Job Description :
McDonald’s has an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Data Governance (HCM & GP Data Lead) role based in our India Global Business Services Office. You will be responsible for optimizing HR processes and systems to ensure the alignment of Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions with business objectives. You will manage the development and implementation of strategies to optimize HR operations, enhance digital platforms, and ensure the seamless integration of applications.
The candidate is expected to reside within India.
Responsibilities :
In addition to following McDonald’s policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to :
- Solutions Strategy & Roadmap Development :
- Develop a solutions strategy and roadmap to align HCM systems and digital platforms with the organization’s business goals
- Manage the deployment of the Global People (GP) solutions strategy and ensure the effectiveness of digital platform management
Human Capital Management & Global People Platforms :
Provide a suite of HCM, Global People Platforms, Learning Management Systems, and Org Data Mgmt. tools and features that address GP’s business requirementsIdentify opportunities to better leverage application features to optimize operational efficiency and user experienceOversee seamless integration between related applications and databases, ensuring interoperability and policy complianceTechnology & Process Optimization :
Provide a suite of HCM, Global People Platforms, and Organizational Data Management tools that address GP’s business requirementsIdentify opportunities to better leverage application features, oversee seamless integration between related applications and databases, and ensure compliance with organizational policiesLeverage technology, workplace, and workforce metrics to gain insights and support continuous improvement for HR systemsQualifications :
Basic Qualifications :
Degree in Human Resources, Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferredExperience working in Human Resources or HR SystemsExperience operating in large, multi-national corporations in a highly matrixed, complex structureExperience working across many countries and culturesUnderstands the needs and challenges of global leadersStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisionsKnowledge of functional solution trends, regulations, and best practicesEnglish Proficiency (written and verbal IRL Level 4)Extensive experience collaborating with and leading global teams across various regionsExpert in driving cross-functional initiatives, ensuring organizational objectives are met seamlesslyDemonstrated ability to operate as a people manager, leading diverse, complex teams, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration across global marketsPreferred Qualifications :
