Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Procurement Management : Purchase IT equipment, software, and services, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition.
  • Vendor Relations : Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers;

negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to secure optimal deals.

  • Compliance : Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.
  • Inventory Management : Maintain accurate records of IT contract entitlements.
  • Contract Management : Oversee the lifecycle of IT contracts, including renewals, amendments, and terminations.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with IT and other departments to understand needs and provide procurement support.
  • Reporting : Prepare and present reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and vendor performance to senior management.

    • Required Skills & Experience

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience : 7–8+ years in Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain.
  • Expertise in IT categories : Software, Managed Services, Hardware, Network, Telecom .
  • Extensive experience with MSAs redlining and contract negotiations .
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills .
  • Excellent soft skills and reporting capabilities .
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
