Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage a database of target schools
- Make outbound calls and set appointments with high-profile educational institutions
- Present products effectively and create buy-in
- Travel to schools as required, with travel expenses covered
- Seek support from senior team members in complex demos or negotiations
- Identify and target potential schools within the assigned territory and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets
- Conduct B2B sales reach-outs and build relationships with group schools and schools in the district and nearby areas while managing end-to-end sales closure
- Schedule and conduct meetings with school administrators, educators, and decision-makers
- Present and demonstrate the value and benefits of products or services tailored to the needs of each school
- Build and maintain strong and long-lasting client relationships
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals
- Apply a proactive approach to identify and engage potential clients and manage the sales process from prospecting to closing
- Build a strong pipeline of qualified leads and convert them into long-term customers while maintaining accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status
- Review work timely and collect feedback from line managers and business heads
