ZONAL CREDIT MANAGER - CROSS SELL

Job Description :

• . Develop and implement credit policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements and organizational objectives.
• . Evaluate creditworthiness of potential borrowers and approve or reject loan applications within the zone.
• . Monitor and manage credit risk exposure within the zone, ensuring timely identification and mitigation of potential risks.
• . Provide guidance and support to Regional Credit Managers in underwriting decisions and portfolio management.
• . Conduct regular reviews and analysis of loan portfolios to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• . Collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams to achieve business targets while maintaining portfolio quality.
• . Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to lending activities.
• . Lead and motivate the Regional Credit Managers to achieve performance targets and maintain high standards of quality.
• . Provide coaching and training to enhance the skills and capabilities of the credit team.
• . Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the credit function.
