'Job Duties : The SAP BO and Crystal Reports Administrator will manage and maintain the BusinessObjects environment to ensure reliable and secure delivery of business intelligence reports. This role focuses on administration, report development, and integration within the broader data and analytics ecosystem.

Minimum Skills Required :

1. Bachelor's degree (Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics & Communication / Information Science / Telecommunications)

2. 8+ years of experience with SAP BusinessObjects Administration and Crystal Reports development

3. Domain experience in banking, finance is an added advantage

4. Experience working in Agile development environments. Critical thinking and good problem-solver

5. Expertise in BOE architecture, CMS, and promotion management

6. Proficiency in SQL and data source connectivity (Oracle, SQL Server, Databricks)

7. Experience with scheduling tools (BO Scheduler, Control-M, etc.)

8. Familiarity with Azure or hybrid cloud environments and BI modernization projects

9. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

10. Excellent documentation and communication skills'
