• Experience in End User Computing – Image & Patch Management ( ECM, CMG), Wise Script Editor, PowerShell Script, VB Script & Batch Scripting.
• Expertise in configuring and managing complex Windows environments
• IT Service Management
• Knowledge of ITIL processes
