[Urgent] Lead Bench Sales Recruiter

Location : Laxmi Cyber City, Whitefields, HITEC City, Kondapur, Hyderabad.

We are looking for a Senior Bench Sales who specializes in marketing senior-level H1B consultants. While experience in SAP consulting is preferred, the key requirement is the ability to effectively market senior consultants, build strong vendor relationships, and help consultants enhance their marketability—especially on LinkedIn.

Responsibilities :

✅ -Expertly market senior H1B consultants to top vendors and clients.

✅ -Build and maintain strong relationships with prime vendors and direct clients.

✅ -Guide consultants on improving their LinkedIn presence and branding.

✅ -Craft compelling emails and marketing materials to engage vendors.

✅ -Stay updated on industry trends to better position consultants.

Requirements :

• 3-7 years of experience in bench sales, H1B consultant marketing, or IT staffing.
• Experience with SAP consultants is a plus.
• Strong LinkedIn presence and excellent networking skills.
• Established relationships with prime vendors and direct clients.
• Excellent email writing and communication skills.
