Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marriage Counselor, located in Zirakpur- Mohali. The Marriage Counselor will be responsible for providing counseling services to couples to help resolve issues and improve their relationships. Day-to-day tasks include conducting therapy sessions, assessing clients' needs, developing treatment plans, and maintaining records of sessions. The counselor will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals at Jeena Sikho Lifecare Limited to provide comprehensive care.

Exp : 2-5 Years

Salary : 40-50K per month

Location : Zirakpur- Mohali

Qualifications :

• Experience in counseling, marriage therapy, and relationship management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to develop and implement treatment plans
• Proficiency in maintaining client records and confidentiality
• Excellent problem-solving skills and empathy
• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Certification or license in Marriage and Family Therapy (as per local regulations).
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in relationship or family counseling.
• Certification or licensure as a marriage counselor is preferred
• Experience in working with diverse populations and understanding cultural sensitivity
• Ability to collaborate with healthcare professionals and work in a team environment
