Job descriptionExperience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Eloqua, or similar) and lead enrichment tools. Familiarity with data privacy, compliance, and customer data platforms (CDPs). Technical knowledge of web technologies (React, APIs, SDKs). Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic MarTech programs with clear scope, milestones, deliverables, and success metrics. Manage dependencies, risks, and trade-offs while ensuring ROI and scalability. Coordinate with engineering teams and external partners as needed. Oversee acceptance of program scope (tasks, deliverables, resources, timelines) and ensure smooth delivery. Governance & Communication Maintain frequent and clear communication with all stakeholders, including status reports, risks, KPIs, and executive presentations. Define and track KPIs to measure program success; drive continuous improvement. Handle change requests, resource allocation, and scope adjustments proactively. Process & Collaboration Champion Agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices. Identify and implement process improvements to remove bottlenecks and enhance efficiency. Prepare and maintain governance artifacts and internal documentation

Experience : -
- 7+ years of experience in managing technical programs or projects in collaboration with product-based companies.
- Hands-on expertise with Adobe Experience Cloud (Analytics, Launch, Target, AEM) and integration with CRM / automation platforms.
- Skills
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, demand generation, and lead lifecycle management.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional technology programs that drive measurable business impact.
- Ability to manage dependencies, evaluate risks, and influence decision-making across Marketing, Sales, and Engineering.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical audiences, including leadership.
- Comfortable working in globally distributed teams with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, make trade-offs, and solve problems creatively under pressure.
