DESIGNATION : Strategist ( Design Intelligence & Experience)

PRIMARY LOCATION : Mumbai

JOB SUMMARY :

The Strategist applies design thinking to tackle complex challenges, unlock growth opportunities, and shape how brands are experienced—not just understood. This role transforms insights into cohesive brand experiences by crafting journeys, sensory touchpoints, and integrated experience systems. Acting as a bridge between strategy and design , the strategist ensures every creative output is rooted in human needs, brand purpose, and experiential consistency , delivering solutions that resonate deeply and drive meaningful engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Apply design thinking to reframe problems, surface unmet needs, and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop experience principles, brand worlds, and sensory cues that translate strategy into lived experience.
• Build journeys, blueprints, and ecosystem maps to ensure seamless, coherent brand behavior across touchpoints.
• Translate strategy into clear, actionable creative briefs and evaluate creative work for experiential and sensory alignment.
• Lead workshops, co-creation sessions, and rapid prototyping to explore and validate experience concepts.
