Position Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Chartered Accountant (CA) with a proven track record in international accounting to join our team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven professional who has honed their skills at one of the "Big 4" accounting firms (Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG), bringing with them a wealth of experience in rigorous financial practices, international standards, and complex problem-solving. This role is perfect for a talented individual from Ludhiana who is ready to take on a senior role and drive our financial strategy on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities :

  • International Financial Reporting : Oversee and manage the preparation of financial statements and reports for our international subsidiaries, ensuring strict adherence to global accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, US GAAP) and regulatory requirements in multiple jurisdictions.
  • Big 4-Level Financial Control : Implement and maintain robust internal control frameworks and accounting policies consistent with the standards of a top-tier professional services network, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and integrity.
  • Taxation & Compliance : Manage international tax compliance, including transfer pricing documentation, foreign subsidiary tax filings, and ensuring adherence to double taxation avoidance agreements (DTAA).
  • Strategic Financial Analysis : Conduct advanced financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend forecasting, and profitability studies for our international operations. Provide strategic insights to senior management to support global business decisions.
  • Audit Management : Act as the primary liaison for both internal and external audits, coordinating with auditors and providing comprehensive documentation and explanations, leveraging prior experience with Big 4 audit methodologies.
  • Mergers & Acquisitions Support : Assist in due diligence processes for potential international acquisitions, providing expert financial analysis and risk assessments.
  • Process Improvement : Identify and implement improvements to accounting systems, workflows, and reporting tools to enhance efficiency and scalability in line with global best practices.

Qualifications & Experience :

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) Qualification : A mandatory and non-negotiable qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
  • Big 4 Experience : A minimum of 2-3 years of post-qualification experience with a Big 4 accounting firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG) in a role focused on assurance, advisory, or tax.
  • International Accounting Expertise : Demonstrated hands-on experience with international accounting standards (IFRS, US GAAP) and managing the finances of entities in different countries.
  • Location : Candidates must be based in Ludhiana, or willing to relocate, with a strong understanding of the local business environment.
  • Technical Skills :

  • Expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and international reporting standards.
  • Strong grasp of international tax regulations and transfer pricing principles.
  • Soft Skills :
